In these Terms, the following words carry the meanings set out below:

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on sk555 is ৳300 (per method). Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Verification

New Members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To make a bonus withdrawable, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = wagering ৳15,000 makes the bonus winnings withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games or bets.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will be considered a breach of these Terms.
• sk555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• A bonus cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.1 Valid Bets

Your account must have sufficient balance at the time any bet is placed. Bets placed with insufficient balance will be considered void. If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, sk555 reserves the right to cancel that transaction.

5.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, odds may change at any time before or during a match. In live betting, odds may change before a bet is confirmed — confirmed bets remain valid, and updated odds apply from the next bet onwards.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Abuse arbitrage or match-fixing related activities
• Low-risk betting strategies intended to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse)
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Claiming bonuses multiple times through multiple accounts
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability on the platform

sk555 has five VIP tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP cashback is credited to the relevant Member's account every Monday. Wagering requirements may also apply to the cashback amount — please contact our support team for more details.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or transferring funds from illegal sources
• Transactions related to terrorist activities or financing through the platform
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Hacking, phishing, or attempts at cyber attacks
• Harassing or behaving harmfully towards other Members
• Allowing minors to access or use an account

8.1 Suspension by sk555

sk555 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Providing false information or failure to complete verification
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are settled before closure.
